Choy Sum is a green leafy vegetable. Like other cruciferous vegetables, Choy Sum has anti-cancer properties found in folate which repairs DNA. The vegetable is high in antioxidants, vitamins C, E, and other good minerals.
Popular in Asian dishes, choy sum can be eaten raw, stir-fried, added into soup and other dishes.
